If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.
2. Services Provided
CaptureLife Studios offers a variety of photography and videography services, including but not limited to:
- Portrait Photography: Individual, family, and group portraits tailored to your style.
- Videography Services: Wedding videos, corporate events, and promotional videos.
- Wedding Photography & Videography: Comprehensive packages to capture your special day.
- Commercial Photography: High-quality images for websites, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns.

CaptureLife Studios reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We are committed to providing exceptional quality and artistry in every project we undertake.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of CaptureLife Studios' services, you agree to:

- Cooperate with our photographers and videographers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Obtain any necessary permissions or releases for locations or individuals involved in the project.
- Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and payment terms.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or termination of services. We value open communication and collaboration to achieve the best possible results for your project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for CaptureLife Studios' services is due as outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Typically, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment platforms. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Specific payment schedules will be detailed in your individual contract. For instance:

5. Intellectual Property
All photographs and videos created by CaptureLife Studios are protected by copyright law. CaptureLife Studios retains ownership of all original files. Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the final edited photographs and videos for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in your contract. You may not alter, sell, or redistribute the original files without the express written consent of CaptureLife Studios. We pride ourselves on creating unique and artistic work, and we appreciate your respect for our intellectual property rights.
6. Limitations of Liability
CaptureLife Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your images and videos, we are not responsible for data loss due to technical malfunctions or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend backing up your files to multiple locations. We exercise due diligence in all our operations but cannot guarantee outcomes that are beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to protect our clients and our business.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Moscow, Russia. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Russian courts. CaptureLife Studios is committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently.
8. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a photography or videography session, please notify CaptureLife Studios as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs while adhering to our business policies.
9. Model Release
For projects involving models, it is the client's responsibility to secure appropriate model releases. CaptureLife Studios assumes no liability for failure to obtain these releases unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Model releases ensure that models have granted permission for their images to be used for specific purposes. Lack of proper model releases may result in legal complications for the client. We recommend consulting with a legal professional to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
10. Amendments
CaptureLife Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
